The winner of the 2004 Youth Concerto Competition, 17-year-old Kasumi Leonard will perform movements I and II Text Box: of Mozart's Concerto No 2 in D for flute and orchestra. Of  23 audition tapes submitted, seven contestants were selected to audition for adjudicators Christophe Chagnard, Music Director; Sibyl Barnum, Board of Directors' member; and Judson Scott, Northwest Sinfonietta orchestra member, last November.  Kasumi's performance won the judges' hearts. Her polished performance will win your heart as well.
