"Performing three major concertos in one concert is a fascinating
feat of technical bravura, musical vision and sheer endurance which
could easily turn into an overblown exploit if it was not for the extraordinary
and fearless artistry of Joshua Roman. Few cellists would undertake
such daring journey, and I am thrilled to share this unique event with
a genuine and generous artist who will, no doubt, leave his distinct
mark on our century." Christophe Chagnard
